When it comes to driver’s license requirements, the state of Florida happens to be one of the least strict in the country.  For one, you can start as early as 15 years old.  Behind-the-wheel instruction is not even mandatory. So you can receive training from your parents.  However, you’re STILL required to take driver’s ed,
